By far means this was once of the most technical and challenging project we've completed so far. The client is a Japanese online store's owner and they have also facilities for buying products through phone. They have a huge variety of products available for sale and have high focus on product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Their requirements were to understand their existing ERP and fill up a gap which was creating bottleneck in their business and then deliver the application which must not be platform dependent and in Japanese language for their employees. Understanding their ERP (developed in Japanese language) and then delivering an application with high criteria as an uphill task. However the project was successfully completed, deployed, tested and is successfully running at the moment.
